License-based Pricing Model

The license-based pricing allows you to own a world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for a fixed initial license and configuration fee and a fixed monthly hosting and support fee. The initial fee is determined based on the number of licensed staff users, configuration requirements, data migration, project management, and any other professional services needed to launch your system. The monthly is based on licensed maintenance, support requirements, and the number of servers dedicated to running your system.

The advantage of license-based pricing is that your costs are fixed and known before you decide to purchase the system. The pricing is NOT dependent on the number of online users or number of transactions or how much revenue is generated through the system. So you can easily budget for the system. The disadvantage is that the initial fee has to be paid before the system launch and is non-refundable. So it ends up becoming your capital cost.

Usage-based Pricing Model

The usage-based pricing model builds system costs into a transaction fee and/or a monthly base fee. so costs are based on actual volumes, not projections or staff numbers. System license, hosting, and support are all included as part of this transaction fee.

The main advantage of this pricing model is that it allows you to offer all the standard functions of our system to your constituents without you having to bear any upfront capital cost. You also do not have to worry about resource capacity planning, especially if you are expecting seasonal spikes in volume.

Our Best-Value Commitment

Our best-value commitment means that we will do everything in our power to ensure that you get the maximum return on investment compared to any competitive proposal. If you feel that cost is the only reason from you taking advantage of our system and are comfortable sharing your budget constrains, we will provide you options that could work within those constrains. For example, we may propose a hybrid pricing model that offers a combination of reduced upfront fee and a reduced transaction fee. We may also offer discounts based on the length of the contract and monthly transaction volume.
